FAQs

Do I need to bring my own gloves for BOXING?

No – we have gloves available, free of charge. They are disinfected and cleaned after every class by our cleaning team so each pair is hygienic and fresh. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring your own gloves to use. If you wish to buy a pair of JAB Gloves to keep, speak to our front desk.

Do I need wraps for BOXING?

We recommend wearing wraps to protect your wrists and knuckles when boxing. If you don’t own your own pair, we sell both slip on wraps and classic wraps in our clubs, just speak to a member of our team.

What is the difference between BOXING and TRAIN?

BOXING is a 60 minute session split into two halves: 6 rounds of Boxing Bag-work, 6 rounds of Boxing-focused footwork and strength training.

TRAIN is a 60 minute Strength and Conditioning session split into 3 Training blocks: Strength/Power, Hypertrophy and Conditioning.

What skill level are both BOXING and TRAIN?

Our BOXING and TRAIN sessions cater for every skill level, from beginner to seasoned pro. For newcomers, our coaches will ensure you are guided through each step of the session, until you
find your feet.

What time should I arrive before a session?

Please arrive no less than 15 minutes before your scheduled booking. It is good to have enough time to put away your personal items, grab some water or pre-order a shake! Our coaches will
always give a quick introduction talk 5 minutes prior. You don’t want to miss it as you’ll get a feel for what your session is about and what to expect.

How frequently are the studios cleaned?

After each session, our dedicated cleaning team will thoroughly clean every piece of weight equipment, along with cleaning the floors, bags, and mirrors.
